چکیده
La humanidad tiene por delante grandes retos, entre ellos producir alimentos y energía para una población mundial de casi 8 mil millones personas. Esta producción debe ser compatible con el mantenimiento mejora, si cabe, los medios entornos naturales o agrícolas. De no así, esos se agotarán, destruirán habrá posibilidad nada, materias primas —alimentos, materiales energía— que sostienen nuestras sociedades. Por otra parte, sector agroalimentario genera multitud residuos pueden aprovechados obtener variedad productos alto valor utilizados en agricultura, alimentación como materia generar energía. aquí nace la necesidad aprovechar biológicos, agricultura alimentación, contribuir a mejorar sistemas producción. bioeconomía presenta estrategia alcanzar esa meta.
